Co-presenter National Safety Council “Bloodborne Pathogens and your Employer Responsibilities” Presenter at the national convention for peer safety professionals.

Have had numerous OSHA/EPA/DEC/DOH inspections and have challenged (and won decisions) on the inspector’s inaccurate findings.

Conducted training throughout the country for corporate peer professionals (EHS Directors, CEOs, Administrative staff) on OSHA Compliance responsibilities.

Have developed numerous OSHA Compliance PowerPoint presentations and accompanying literature.

Have been had compliance and administrative oversight of numerous MedicalCenters, Hospitals, Health Care facilities (including geriatric), and Infectious Disease Centers.  Had administrative oversight of research laboratories and laboratory facilities (including radiological and biological).

Have conducted EPA internal audits of facilities
